Stayed at Marriott Hotel on Duckworth, close to down town destinations.
Booked a couple of tours around the area, such as
Signal Hill
There are murals everywhere
Even paintings on the traffic boxes
The main street here was closed off to vehicular traffic and patios were encroaching. Weather was good and food was excellent

Art Deco Weekend in South Beach, Miami.

Winter weather in Florida was 18 - 22 degrees C.
Good enough to eat on the various patios (no exhaust fumes!)
This is The Villa Casa Casuarina, once home to Versace (Gianni Versace, Italian fashion mogul).
Palace bar (famous for its drag shows).
And ripped bartenders!
